Thanks for advice.Occasionally I just have the shake for breakfast but make it with milk those days.Otherwise I have piece of wholemeal toast with extra light soft cheese on.The website says lean whey can be enjoyed anytime and the gold standard says ideal before or after workouts

I am aware at my weight I am not going to die from only eating 1200 calories a day ;) However does such a small amount mess with your metabolism so long term could end up putting weight on if ever eat more than that??? Thanks Chelsea, I will look into the link and also chocolate if just one square. The problem is I was advised by GP that no more than 5g per 100g in a item and no more than 15g per meal. I think most chocolate is above 5g per 100g :(

Thanks for reply. I had brostrum procedure, I have weak ankles and with not resting it after numerous sprains and small tears the damage got worse. The only way they could get any level of stability back was to do the operation, all other therapies hadn't worked.
