There are a lot of meds for depression that cause weight gain. It's a pretty common side effect. I personally eat more when I am anxious, so I would assume it would be the meds. You might want to talk to your Dr about other possible solutions for your anxiety. There are some meds that don't cause weight gain or try yoga or…

If you have acid reflux don't drink too much crystal light. Mio is the better choice. Or iced tea if you want something with caffiene.

I weigh in Friday morning before I eat or drink anything. Sometimes I will weigh myself one random day in the week to see if I am on track, but I never keep track of it even if it's a good number.

Cluver's is suprisingly bad for you. But they have nutrition guides at the locations so you can at least pic and choose what you want based on your needs.

I try to eat a little less than the amount I earn. It seems to work as I have finally started to loose weight after about a month and a half of trying.

I am having the same problem. Soda free for 3 months, healthy eating and working out 5 days a week for 31 days now and i have only lost 4 lbs. I am doing strength training and I can tell I am building muscle, but its still frustrating. You aren't alone, so just stick in there!

Once or twice a week, but I generally only log it on Friday's and I plan on taking measurements on the first friday of each month. I am not really losing much weight, but I am definetly smaller and more muscular so I am going to do both and try not to let the slow weight loss get to me too much.

I also gave up cussing. I am doing pretty well so far, just a few slip ups. I am hoping it will lead to using cuss words less often even after lent.
