  • Yes, I've been known to gain as much as 7 lbs during TOM!!! But I have found that exercise will help with cramps and drinking lots of water will help you feel less bloated! This last TOM I actually lost 1.2 lbs! Don't get discouraged, you will probably show a huge loss next week! :)
  • Thanks everyone! I'm going to just eat them if I need them and not feel too guilty about eating a few if I need them! Maybe I'll try making sure I'm at a least a net of 1200 everyday, and see where that gets me! Lost 5 lbs my first week and stayed between 1200 and 1600 everyday, with a goal of 1480 without exercise...
  • Our stats are so similar!!! My start weight was 228...one week in I'm at 222.8! My goal is also btwn 165 and 170! But I'm actually 5'7"... a few years ago I did Weight Watchers and got down to 163 at my lowest...kept it off for a couple of years and then life happened and here I am back where I started plus some!
