  • It is so hard to go out and do good but if you pre-plan it helps, or atleast it does me. Also TGIFridays has a lot of options, the turkey burger and fried green beans is what I get and it isnt bad I think the burger is 410 and a side of friend green beans is like 170. That is pretty low for eating out.
  • I agree with you on the cheat day! I did weight watchers and lost 90 lbs and I had one of those one day a week, usually sat nights. I did it within reason but they also now on that diet allow 35 extra points on the weekend of over the week and that is about an extra 2000 calories.
  • Well get somethings to keep around you so if your friends and/or coworkers want chocolate you can too! I love the new 90 calorie Fiber One Peanut Butter and Chocolate Bars. Or you could get the 60 Cal Sugar Free Jello Pudding Snacks, there are ALOT of good flavors to those! I know it is hard bc my fiance eats like a lil…
  • WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!!! Be so proud of yourself:)
  • Well one thing I do know from doing Weight Watchers and losing 95 lbs in my early 20's is that there are two important things to remember when losing weight: A: You have to have enough calories bc if you don't you will not see results being that your body needs it so whatever you do take in, then your body still stores it…
  • You are exactly right that is why I kept most of my 90 lbs I lost 10 years ago on weight watchers, you have to eat a certain amount or you will gain but now I think my body is immune to weight watchers and points that is why I am trying this for a change.
  • See I was asking that question too. I did weight watchers before and I like some days I wasn't eating enough food OR fat. I just stopped losing and maintained. Everything I ate was low fat and I still go in that direction. This is my first week doing this. I already planned out my food for tomorrow just bc I am going out…
  • So like what kind of fats with salads are you referring to? I eat ALOT of salads for meals.
  • I was glad to see this. I wondered the same thing! I feel like I am overeating with all of this food! I think it is bc I am so used to eating low cal and low fat! Honestly I wonder if that is why I haven't been able to loose the 8lbs I want. I am 145 and want to be 137 and I don't overeat or anything. I am trying my best…
  • Ok thanks, just wanted to ask bc like I said all diets work different on weight watchers you could bank points so thought I would ask. So if you eat under the calories that is bad then. I almost feel like I am overeating with all of these calories!!!!!!!
  • Thanks, yeah I was so UPSET when I realized that but I cut back today and weighed them out between the two days. I try to check it out on the website instead to determine if want to eat there or not.
  • So another question, do you all find these calories for eating out pretty accurate? I went to Applebess today and got the Quesadilla Burger and it said 521 calories and I got it without the mexi ranch, well then I went back in and was looking at other Applebee calories and saw it was 1440 for one entry! I was so upset…
  • Thanks, i think my body is just so immune to weight watchers now and that is why it isn't doing anything for me. Now I think I need to count calories instead. I am supposed to have 1333 a day. So do you have to eat all of your calories or close each day to be successful. I know on weight watchers if we didn't eat points it…
