MY stats exactly! So far staying at 1650 or below has been working out pretty well. two pounds a month and i'm not miserable alllll the time.

It could be in my mind, definitely something that I have though of. But usually that only works when you're looking at yourself. My husband and I are both showing amazing results from slowing down. This has got me wondering, maybe i'm slimming down because of less weight training throughout the week?

Absolutely agree on the junk food aspect. My husband and I can spend $17 at Taco Bell in just one trip. Not worth it and honestly not that great, just paying for convenience. That sounds amazing, plus the frozen veggies would be super cheap.

I don't mind working out with people but i always find that you never use the same weight or someone is done before the other person. It is nice to have someone watching your form though. Plus i love blasting music.

Anything with lime and you can count me in! Love all the vegetables in that, especially the peppers. I'm always looking for more recipes with peppers that aren't stir frys I'm thinking about wraps for next week. Pretty basic, cheap, and healthy. Tomato Turkey Swiss Tortilla Lettuce Leaf Avocado Mayo if you need it
