  • Try it for a week or two and see how it goes. I think protien should be higher then fat. If your trying to get into ketosis staying under 30 grams of carbs will get you there even if your eating more then the other.

  • According to that thing and calculations my tdee is 2228, minus 20% I should be eating 1728 calories a day. I have been eating 1400. The 1728 seems like alot of food to be losing weight? Should I give it a try? Or stay at my 1400 a day? And btw, I calculate my totals weekly, not daily. Easier for me to have a 3,500 deficit…
  • Any food scale will work. I use a cheap one from walmart. And only things that are measured in weight need the scale. Something's will be measured by a cup
