I know I can't believe it! Its been several years without a problem sticking to more carbs and less exercise! I mean I came from a background where I was training about 6-8 hours a day and incredibly fit!

You are obviously not experimenting right then. Add some sweet potatoes, grainy pasta, rice medleys and healthy starches. You can't tell me boiling rice and earth grown starches take more time to prepare than cooking meat

Its really crazy how complicated people make this...JUST DON'T EAT ANIMAL PRODUCTS....just don't do it there are a million things that you can substitute for them you don't need them. I have been a vegetarian my entire life and a vegan for half and my tip is to think of the lives and souls of living creatures you're saving…

I am 5'4 and 107 I was stuck at 120 for ages even with meticulously counting calories 1,400 and running every day. So actually after 7 months of being stuck I just stopped running everyday and it actually made me lose.

Try giving up dairy and eggs. My cousin has it and tried the gluten free and paleo fad for like 2 years...didn't work...went vegan and Hashimo symptoms are pretty much gone after 4 months

Yah but if she's hit a plateau, changing that up might help get her over the slump!

Sweet potatoes? I love having a small sweet potato for breakfast. I don't eat real eggs but I mix egg replacements (vegan eggs) with cubed butternut squash and zucchini! You could have a bowl of fruit with your eggs instead of bread.

You may not be over eating at all, you just aren't eating the best things to make your body feel as good. Instead of the processed white sugar loaded eat fresh fruit! I never even crave sweets anymore EVER I just eat so much fruit and I love it! The chicken you eat is breaded, probably fried before. You asked for peoples…

This. Even if your calories are in check everything you are eating is processed. Processed milk drinks, breaded chicken, candy. No fruits of vegetables.

Just because people like to eat other things doesn't mean they don't like them plain as well. The questioner asked what others like to add which is why people are giving those types of suggestions. I like adding some cinnamon and ginger to mine and even berries because they add antioxidants and additional vitamins.

White fleshed Japanese sweet potatoes with cinnamon, ginger and a little bit of light maple syrup for breakfast are my favorite or even with apple butter! ( no butter) Also sweet potatoes stuffed with vegetarian chile, or homemade BBQ sauce, black beans, or chick peas are so good! Or I also love Ms. Dash salt free Chile…

vegan egg-replacers, with a side of cubed butternut squash and chopped zucchini or summer squash.

I know a devout paleo fad person who does this :/ She swears by it? Which I don't get because she is also morbidly obese

Small Japanese sweet potato with cinnamon and ginger! I eat it almost every morning!

I have been a vegetarian since Birth (parents were ones) and a Vegan for about 8. I think the only time I ever had meat were chicken nuggets once in elementary school :D I do however eat eggs ONLY when they come from my vegetarian friends 3 pet chickens who are loved and will never be killed for meat.
