I am trying to lose weight so I can reward myself with a breast reduction :) even back when I was 135lbs, I had 34F's. Now I am 170 and have 36FF (maybe bigger but tbh I get so embarassed getting measured that I haven't since I put on the weight. . I would love to lose the weight so I can be in the "healthy" body fat, and…

My boyfriend hates ugg boots and high heels. My boyf's Ugg boot quote "who wants to wear sponges on your feet!!??" (we are from Edinburgh, Scotland, so it rains a lot). I hate ugg's too, so we are a match made in heaven.

For me, anything between 500- 800 for a workout. I do a run club, which is about 800, body pump is around 500, and boxing is around 650 each for an hour. All as per HRM. I normally don't stay longer than 1.5 hours. After that I become lazy and don't workout properly.

Really? We don't have one of them in Edinburgh! In my gym we have coconut scented soap in the showers. It's amazing! :D Lots of nice scents! I genuinely think I would have to cancel a membership if they told me to stop wearing scents, and banned everyone else from doing so. I couldn't hack it. I would be forced to build my…

I have a phobia of smelling bad, and bad smells in general and unfortunately I go to the gym after work, so I really couldn't deal with a no scent zone. Why does nobody think about me and start wearing deodorant? Really its personal choice, and if I can't make people wear deordorant, therefore nobody can stop me using…

I am 34 F so my sports bras are quite thick, and therefore I have never had this problem. And I live in Scotland so it is tried and tested all year round.

In small doses I like cheese. I always had this weird thought though that melted cheese is more unhealthy than cold cheese, so melted cheese makes me feel sick.

I don't have a child yet, but was left home alone from the age of 11 every day after school around 4 until 6 when my mum got home. Generally we would play outside anyway, so weren't really going to burn the house down.

I used to be pretty attached to my phone. Until I went to university, and lost my phone several times on a night out. Going a few weeks without a mobile each time really taught me how a)its useful for phonecalls, and the odd text, but more importantly b) its much more fun to meet with your friend then to have a…

Only done 16miles but had a late start due to a prolonged NYE hangover :D

I still eat the same, just in more moderation with the unhealthy foods, better portion control, and more importantly knowing when to stop. I don't eat crisps (US: chips), drink coffee, or eat sugary sweets (I'm scared of fillings) really anyways so I didn't have to give it up. I love chocolate though. I know going on a…

What makes it so hard for you to find time to exercise? I don't have children so please don't be offended by me if you do. But I work 9-5 Monday-Friday and am currently studying for my professional accounting exams at the same time, so I basically go to work, go to the gym, come home, eat, and then revise until 12. I have…

I think doing Zumba 4 times a week would kill me. I have found a good balance that suits me. I currently aim to do (sometimes I can't go to a certain day due to other commitments): Monday - I go to a run club, where I have made friends with a lot of the people there. It is not a "run", its training for running so every…

Mine is 135. I am currently 167 (started at 182!) so I have a long way to go. But I have never been below 140 so fingers crossed! I figured 135 is a good goal, once I get there I will see where I need to go, re-evaluate my body shape etc. (because really I do not know what I will look like at that point, but I am certainly…

I have a bottle of water with me constantly. Filled. I fill it up at every opportunity. I work in an office and constantly sip away at my water. Your body gets used to it, so whilst I drink 2 liters of water at work, I only go to the toilet twice :) And I also live in a cold country, so when I go somewhere hot I would…

This sounds good. Can I join? I know it is late....

Just on the first day. I have mild pain, but feel I quite tired/lethargic. I would much rather have cuddles/ eat food (although I have cut that out atleast). 1 day off doesn't hurt anyone. I also only have my period for 3 days so it really doesn't affect me too long. When I was younger I wasn't introduced to tampons so I…

I'm from Edinburgh. Feel free to add me if you wish :)

I used to live with a girl who played rugby for our country. She had a dehydration chart on the bathroom door! Her mantra was to weigh before exercise, and weigh afterwards. For every pound she lost during a session, she would drink a litre (4 glasses) back. I now drink about 3litres a day. So about 12 glasses. Could be…

Its not nose picking? How about check yourself out in any reflection. I am particularly bad when out walking. Can't help but notice how big my butt looks in the reflection of car windows.

Definitely see you there! Especially for the cookies off random strangers.

Thanks for all the advice guys. Yoga sounds like a good alternative to my usual workouts for days such as this. I will give that a shot before I go to bed tonight! Warm milk is a good idea too!

My boyfriend tells me this but its surprisingly hard to do. I find that I over-think, and then I start to panic if it gets late. I count down how much sleep I have left etc. I guess it doesn't help that before hand, I was a university student. I would just say " thats okay, I can skip class and sleep in". Now I have a job,…
