I just returned this past Tuesday from an 8 day trip. I logged into MFP everyday but it was impossible to track my calories. I ate my favorites but also found myself making better choices. I weighed in when I got back and it said I was up 3 lbs. I knew that wasn't a "real gain". It was merely lack of drinking all my water…

I just read your interview! So inspiring!! So many times I get hung up on the number I have left (right now 50-70lbs) and it seems so far away. I lose very slowly. Then I see the 100lb + losses and I stop feeling sorry for myself! Congratulations and continued success!

I found this thread after searching for 40 something success stories. It is pretty outdated and I'm hoping that most of these success stories are still a success :smile: Need these for inspiration.

5.3 oz non fat plain greek yogurt (I like Chobani) 1 Tbl crunchy peanut butter (I like Crazy Richard's) 1 tsp Agave Nectar 1 Tbl dark chocolate chips dash of Vanilla It is so very good....some times I put it in the freezer for a few minutes after mixing it up.
