I'm 5'5. I went from 76.3 kg to 64.1 kg. Not completely there yet but slow and steady ☺️ also there were some bumps in the road so just don't let a few fluctuations discourage you. complet12

Then March 1, 2015 I started doing strong lift 5x5. I then lost 17 inches and am now a size 5-7 depending on fit. I also went from doing 21 to 24 hours of cardio every week to ZERO I only do strong lift 5x5 for an hour every other day. I also changed from eating 1260 calories to 1600 +. I started lifting with a 12.5 lb bar and now lift 109 lbs squat, 100lb sumo squat, bench 83lbs, barbell row 89lbs, over head press 62lbs, and deadlift 137lbs.
WOW!!! You look amazing!!!!2 -

This is about a 10 lb difference over three months. I started off at 155, but didn't take a "before" shot until 140 (left pics). I'm now 130 (right pics).
Your arms look AMAZING! Please tell me how you got these results!

I am 5'3.....In 8 weeks I have lost 51lbs with clean eating (very little processed food, no soda, no fried foods, etc) and weight training. I do very little cardio honestly - maybe 10/15 minutes a few times a week and I swim a few times a week.

I lost 45 on WW in 2008, but gained 15 back. I just started here within the month. I'd like to lose another 15-20 as well. I am 5'4" and currently weigh 159. Would love to have more friends to help with the motivation
The pics are so motivating. You all look great!
