Awesome! Did you do this by diet alone or increased activity? If increased activity, may I ask what you do?0

Might get told of for linking this to you but my story is gettingfitat54.wordpress.com
I got a personae trainer once a week, did clean eating but studied it abit, I used to eat so so much, drank far too much. I went onto MFP on 1800 as we didn't want to cut foods down too much. I'm on 1500 now. So I joined a gym, need to say, weight didn't come off at first but inches did, then I got the big, I have never done gym work ever. I started doing weights as they burn more calories. I hardly do any cardio.
Lost all my weight by doing MFP every day. Gym 4 times a week for about 40 mins each time
