frozen yogurt... like actually frozen small tubs of yogurt. Tastes like ice cream. You can easily trick yourself...and only 35 calories!

I have been eating spaghetti squash for about a year at least once a week. Super filling, super low cal. I make a chicken cacciatore sauce, and put it on top. Or I just add grilled chicken, grilled peppers, some EVOO, and Parm and its delcious!

I have to allow myself one day a week that I can eat whatever I want...and for me that is PIZZA! Without that, I would fail. I have "Pizza Friday" every week. I always keep a small container of vanilla or pina colada yogurt in the freezer. When I feel the need to snack, I take it out..let it dethaw a bit, then enjoy.... tricks my brain into thinking its ice cream and its only 35 calories!!!
