Big Thighs...Want to trim down...Help???

Options
I've always had big legs but I want to start toning them up more. My biggest problem I have is my thighs. I know you can't spot reduce but I'm kind of really getting tired of looking at them and not do anything about it.

Do anyone have advise on how to tone them so they want touch as much?

What exercises, videos, blogs or websites can I go to really make a difference?

I trimmed my thighs by doing lunges and squats with 20lb weights plus plyometrics (jump-lunge, jump squats) plus walking every day.
It took me about 2 weeks, doing the strengthening every other day (plus upper body). My thighs are noticeably slimmer even though I weigh the same.

I've always had thighs disproportionately large compared to the rest of my body. That changed when I changed my way of eating. Diet is the most important factor in health IMHO. Eating this way isn't for everyone, but it has made all the difference in my health and I'm very happy with how my body looks now. Look at my profile for info and if you have questions, please ask.

I have big thighs as well. Try using a thigh toner. I have aTotal Shaper that I use to do abductors and adductors. I can do other workouts with my machine as well. I think a thigh toner is only used for your the thighs.

If you have workouts that targets the Thighs & Butt, try incorporating a sculpting loop or leg resistance band to add more intensity.

    Pilates is good too.

Pilates! I can't shout it any louder! Pilates is amazing!!!

Also, resistance bands. There are even Pilates workouts with resistance bands.

Good luck! By the way, all that walking you're doing with the 700s will help too!

Walking, but running really helps trim those down. Cardio overall :)
