I like her because she pushes me, even on just a DVD. I don't think everyone has to like the same thing. I can't stand Richard Simmons, he just annoys me to death, but some people love him. I would love a week with JM as a trainer :smile:

I have the Mio Motion and love it. It does what I need it too do. My husband uses a Garmin (sorry I don't know which one, but he's had it for 5 years now) and he love it, but then he trains for marathons and needs the GPS feature. Where I usually keep with in three miles.

It could be possible. I get measured at Curves once a month and the first month I did JM 30 Day shred I lost 8 inches total... I made them measure twice to make sure...lol

Sleep can really affect your weight loss. I have insomnia and just had a two week battle with it. In those two weeks I lost nothing, didn't gain either though. I have that issue too, but I work at home so it's either my daughter or husband that says something. I get so embarrassed but also love the compliments. I usually just say "Thanks" and smile.
