I apologize now for the TMI: I have hardly eaten anything today, (bad day with the IBS) what I did eat did not stay down long, 45 mins. Should I even bother counting what I ate? Right now I am just on liquids, mostly just water or broth.

I won!
GO ME!!!! I won third place in my Curves Biggest Loser challenge!! I lost 4.71% between June 11th and September 17th. All that included two weeks vacation and not watching carefully and two weeks of no loss (except inches!). I won $10.00 and want to spend it on some new running socks...lol

Saturday I was under by 178 calories and Sunday I was over by 117 calories. Will that make any difference in my weight loss if I was over just the one day?

Famous Dave's corn bread muffin. My hubby is stopping there for lunch and called to see if I wanted anything, he knows the muffins are my weakness. I looked up the calories for one muffin and said "Hell no!" One muffin is not worth 258 calories...lol

Does your weight fluctuate daily?
I have noticed mine does, not by much .4 to .6, then the next day a full pound or more down. Is this fairly normal? I am use to weighting only once a week.
