Down 15 lbs

I wasn't going to post any photos yet but I was surprised at the photos from this weekend, in a good way!! The one in July was from our trip to New York, the pants (size 20) I have on in that photo do not fit anymore! The other photo is from last weekend in St. Louis. My pants are new and a size 16, best of all I didn't need to suck in to do them up :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

Incredible transformation for just 15 lbs. Hopefully that means you're mainly losing fat and not muscle mass... keep going, all the C25K is doing you good
