what do you count it as in the exercise database? I am planning on starting it after our July vacation, but I am not sure what it would count as.

    I enter it in as circuit training, general:smile:

    I use a heart rate monitor but if I didn't have one I agree with entering it as circuit training. I compared what my HRM and what circuit training had for calories burned and it wasn't too far off.

    Yep, me too - circuit training. I just started it, and I really like it. It's kayaking season, so I can't do it every day, but I plan to hit it at least 4 or 5 times a week. I can already tell I'm going to get great results with this! :happy:

    I actually created a new exercise for each of the DVDs I own, but when I started I put it under circuit training too. If you don't have a Heart Rate Montitor the calories burned for circuit training is pretty close guesstimate!
