  • The difference in what your HRM shows and what your FitBit shows is because the FitBit cannot track your heart rate so does not recognize that you are upping your intensity, therefore burning more calories.
  • I had to take care of my grandson all day yesterday, and all I did was rock him all day. It was 8:00 last night before I got my Yoga done, but I did it. I still don't love it either, but I'm hanging with it. I can't believe our first 30 days are up next week!!!!
  • My legs are toast after Kenpo this morning since I did Legs and Back late last night! Then I did Ab Ripper X after Kenpo. I was literally dripping in sweat, but what a great workout!

  • Packing? Are you moving or going on vacation? If you're going on vacation, take me with you!!!!! It's days like this when I'm so busy that I'm glad I have 10-Minute Trainer. Everyone can afford 10 minutes! I'm getting ready for Week 3!!!!!
  • Sometimes we need that rest day no matter what the calendar says. I did Kenpo this morning and then went to the zoo this afternoon and got in over 4 miles for the day. Tomorrow is yoga since I switched out Stretch on Thursday. I hope tomorrow is a better day for you.

  • How many calories are you eating? You should be eating at least 1800 calories a day.
  • Your body needs the rest so don't overdo it. Follow the schedule. Your body needs time to recover. It's not good for it to burn so many calories EVERY day. So proud of you for PP (pushing play) today. Good job!
