only the give yourself a break, you've got a baby routine  it takes time and your body will keep changing for a while whilst it recovers from the pregnancy. By all means pop a few sit ups in throughout the day sit him on you whilst you do some crunches and play peekaboo at the same time. What you dont want to do is…

Hey I'm Kristine and in the process of recovering from atypical anorexia. I have had an ed on and off since i was about 15. From 15 - recently have been episodes of bulimia but since about 2010 its been atypical anorexia ( my weight never drops into the underweight bmi ) My last relapse was after having my second little…

Exercise for me is dog walking, gym and aerial training. I have my settings as lightly active as stay at home mum so stuff like cleaning or going to the park etc would come under that and I'm not sat on my *kitten* all day so I think that works for me x
-
That's why you need the calorie dense foods, good luck add me if you want x
-
flaxseed avocado nuts/ nut butters/ seeds cheese butter Dried fruit meat salmon / oily fish oil pasta granola whole milk Full fat yogurt
-
oh yes flaxseed is awesome, have it on my porridge every day tend to be 170 cals for 30g
-
could you make your own smoothy / protein shakes whole milk and add everything to it so its really high cal. Cheese is a good way to add cals if you havent tried it already, granola in full fat yogurt with toppings such as nuts x
-
As long as you hit your intake goals you can do it by eating healthy but when you have a high cal goal you have to eat a lot more and that can leave you feeling very full so check out calorie dense food like nuts oils etc. Are you clear to exercise ? If so I would get a pt or at least advice from your recovery team to what…

good luck i have been diagnosed with ibs although it only flares up after a few foods i was looking into FODMAP but with my anorexic tendencies i have decided to try wheat free and try to just avoid the onion and garlic. im eating 2k diet and gaining so feel free to add me if you want x
-
hey, daily uk logger here, feel free to add me x
-
I have ibs and the flare ups are horrible, I find a lot of veg actually triggers it and pro biotics ( probio 7 are what I use) are a life saver. Do the food diary, they are a bit of a pain but will certainly give u a better idea on triggers x

Buy the way @Kelly_e_Montana you look awesome well done !

Absolutely agree too! At the start of much recovery really considered it, I had to think long and hard what I liked to eat and what my body needed, I'm glad I fought through as I think being tied to the can't eat this or that just keeps you in that restrictive mindset !
-
[/quote] Me too. I go ALL day without eating. I workout (or run or walk) 3 - 4 hours a day and then go to work at a deli 5 hours at night. I eat all my calories after work. I did have my calories up when I was working with my trainer who has told me that until I get help and my head on straight he can't help me any longer.…
-
Oh and as a recovering anorexic please don't think of yourself as greedy - your not x
-
If I eat fruit after dinner within a short amount of time I feel hungry again I agree with the protein thing although now if I crave something sweet I have it, but I'm loving Greek yogurt at the moment you can make it sweet and it's high in protein. Well done on recovery it's really hard I'm in the process now!

With no breakfast, exercise then only a 160 cal lunch your body will be starving try splitting cals a bit more evenly to stop binging eat more regularly without limiting yourself and that should help good luck recovery is hard x
