Add me, too.

I prefer to just skip dressing and use cider or rice vinegar. Tastes pretty good.

Ditto, lol. I just don't say anything to family, either. They don't need to know.

5 ft 1.5 here. My scale says 160. I don't look 160, but whatever. I just want to try to get 30 lbs down and focus on having a healthier lifestyle despite my "chronic pain syndrome."

"Well **** you, too." Seriously, cut her out of your life and move on.

Lindt chili pepper chocolate. That is the ultimate in flavour, IMHO. It's freakin' delicious. Hence, I only get it on special occasions because it's impossible for me not to eat the whole bar. My second favourate is Cadbury Dairy Milk mint chocolate. I only get it on special occasions for the same reason. Then, third, just…

As a 36 DD....I wish this were so freakin' true. Otherwise I'd be running no matter how sore I get, haha.

I don't watch the scale and always went on how I look in the mirror or how my clothing fit. Six years ago, not long after I gave birth to my son I didn't like how I looked in the mirror. My guess somewhere between 160 and 170 lbs. I worked out and lost some weight and looked more toned. Guessed still in 160's to late…

IMHO, young kids don't mean half the stuff that comes out of their mouths...my six year old son told me he hated me at least ten times in as many days....so...I just take fat comments in stride. I know it's hard, but don't let it get to you, folks.

The kids getting annoyed is expected because they are kids. Of course they are going to get all huffy about it. But your guy needs to grow the hell up. You two really need to sit down and discuss this issue, because it may be less about TV time and more about other problems in your relationship. Like, him getting what he…

Mine has been mostly regular since my first period when I was 8 (seriously). It's also been pretty heavy. And there has been a few times where I have had two periods in one month. Have a full week, two weeks pass, then another full week. Been on a birth control pill for the last three months. It's made my cycle much…

Meh. Personal preference. I drink it just because I like it more than cow milk. That's about it. The low calorie blah blah is just an added bonus IMHO. Usually I buy the unsweetened kind, but will get the normal or flavoured. My six year old son drinks it because for some reason cow milk gives him the sh*ts. He can have…

"5. My other relatives comments that I m too skinny to diet (relatively to em) " Hah, I get that and I am overweight. Lately from my mother, who isn't that much heavier than I. My advice is to just ignore it and maybe lie about the reason your doing what you're doing. Just say you just want to change your habits and focus…

I have two tattoos. One on my shoulder blade of a butterfly and my son's name on my chest where my heart is. I am a fan of them, but I do think they should be taken seriously. Never get one just because others have one and you want to fit in. A lot of thought should be put into tattoos.

I go into kids movies without expectations because...you know...the main targeted audience is children. Anything an adult may find entertaining is just an added bonus. That said, though, I get what you mean. Lego Movie wasn't as good as it could be. IMHO, it was alright. I liked the concepts and the visuals. I liked the…

Thanks for replies. Good luck to you all. I'm on medication that helps. No official diagnosis yet, but a few contenders. Treatment is hit and miss at this point. In the meantime, I am going to try and do what I can. Thing is, I am unemployed and on financial assistance (through Alberta works, not disability). I'm lucky my…
