I've taken a spin class with an overweight instructor. They kicked my *kitten*! :S Doesn't matter what your weight is, as long as you can give them a good workout. Also, what is important to me in a class, is how much your voice can motivate me not to give up.

I can't quit drinking sodas. What I do is I leave them for the weekend. During the week, I don't keep them in my house. I only drink them if we go out to eat on weekends. I give myself an inner "high five" if I order water while eating at a restaurant or fast food on weekends.

Stop checking your Facebook or being on the phone. There is no way you can chat on the phone or be on Facebook and be challenging your body at the same time. Waste of your gym time.
