you can add me, im on a bit higher of a cal intake but im also alot bigger than you. 1400 isnt too bad i seem to stay pretty full on that. I am also excercising every day which allows me to eat a little more if i want. I recently bought a treadmill for the basement and working on getting a full scale gym down there.

you wont melt away the last few pounds like you do the others just because thats how the body works. Your body want to keep a certain fat% so you really have to tune in the diet and work a lot harder for them lasts few pounds. so i have read at least. will see when i get there :) good luck!!

Zucchini is great just steamed with a little salt. the big ones are good for stuffing with your choice of stuffing...stuff it with some seasoned ground turkey and low fat cheese for a full meal.
