im putting in everything im eating and i seem to be shy on the calories (today at least) im trying to run about 1 hour a day so after my next treadmill adventure ill be even more under my daily totals...even having a few beers in there.
question is..does it mater?. i dont want to get deficient from not eating enough but i just had dinner and im full. i will have some pineapple for snack later but it definatly wont make up for over 1k calories.

How short are you in terms of calories?0

I am not a medical professional and I know next to nothing to be honest. What I have gotten from those posting here is that 1200 is the minimum. If you eat more than that you are generally okay. Be careful when eating so little because you might not be able to hit your micros and as such your body may not get the nutrition it needs. Maybe tomorrow you could have breakfast. That would help get your calories up closer to your goal if you are worried.0

around 1k based on a 2200 a day intake (i am a big guy)
im pretty sure im over 1200...breakfast is hard for me as i have never really eaten it...i have been trying to sit down and have a nice bowl of oatmeal and a piece of fruit.
also i didnt count my morning coffee. so i should prob put that in..cream and sugar has to be a 150 cal coffee.0 -
ok updated and still have 837 cal left for day and i wanted to run for another 30 min tonight0

How are you calculating the running calories? MFP's database is quite high. Perhaps eat your daily calorie allotment without exercise and only eat (up to half or so) of the exercise calories if you're hungry.0

I would suggest a peanut butter sandwich with a banana and a glass of milk. That is close to 500 calories, over if you get more than a cup of milk.0
