Weight training friends.

Looking for some friends who are active in weight training and have dealt with having to lose weight as well.

right now im 220 lbs and need to get rid of alot of belly, want to start weight training as well and need help with diet and exercising routines.

    I remember when I was 220 :) Did cardio and body weight training down to 176 and now lifting to build muscle. At about 190 right now. feel free to add me

    I started around 235, starved to 215, then started lifting...started really watching my diet in April and I'm down to 198 now and still dropping about 1lb per week. I plan to lose another 5-10lbs and re-evaluate my bodyfat percentage (14-15 now, hoping for 10-12) then start lifting for muscle mass..

    I do a push/pull/legs split and workout pretty much every day.
