I just run 3 or 4 times a week... No more . Every time I try to run for 40 min. In regards to food, just waft what you eat... Veggies, protein, fruit and avoid eating more than 5 portions of carbs..

Im not so sure about its benefits... Believe i come from a coffee culture and my husband loves it... Yet , for a long time i had a belly...i did everything i could to loose it... Then decided to cut coffee from my diet . I have never felt this good...
