I'm 5'8" and weigh 162lbs. My size 12 work pants are feeling pretty loose, but I don't think I'm quite ready to move to a 10 yet. I fit into my size 30 (equivalent to a 10) jeans yesterday, which made me pretty darn happy.

My change hasn't been quite as dramatic because they pretty much just lost some fullness and perk that they had before. I'm still the same cup size so far though. It does bum me out a bit, but the rest of me looks so much better that I just deal with it. In the grand scheme of things, it's really not that big of a deal.

I find myself binge drinking more lately, but I have a whole slew of issues. I find if I have a third drink, then it's really hard for me to stop. So, I try to keep it to two or less. I do think moderation is possible, maybe not for everyone though. You have to figure out what is right for you.

People who see you every day will have a hard time noticing. Honestly my husband didn't really notice until he grabbed my butt yesterday. I have lost 13lbs, which is a lot for me (I still have more to go though), but I have always been pretty good about hiding weight changes. Hang in there!

Good for you too! There are few NSVs that feel as good as fitting into your goal jeans. I'm not quite in mine yet, but I was able to easily fit into my current jeans even after I put them in the dryer, which never used to happen!

I try not to have a whole "cheat" day, but I'll have a meal where I just let myself eat. It's usually at a restaurant. I'll still try to forgo the bread if they serve it.

I am down another pound after a three week slump (not drinking much over the weekend seemed to help)! Plus, I fit back in my favorite work sheath dress.

Maybe try reducing the amount of refined sugars you eat? I think that would be good. I don't really see the point of cutting out carbs.

I realized at the gym today that my sports bra is now too big for me. I have mixed feelings about this. I'm happy that I'm losing some weight, but I just wish it wasn't all from my chest. It makes me even more pear shaped.

A 34" wait would make me look very thick in the middle. I'm at 31" in and I'd like to get closer to 29" if possible.

I used to rely heavily on prescription drugs to manage anxiety. I have found there are better (and less toxic) ways to deal with it. I am totally off of one of my antidepressants and take WAY less Xanax now that I exercise.

A trip to the gym and 20 minutes on the elliptical seems to be the best anti-anxiety cure for me.

Stress causes inflammation in your body. It's a flight or fight response thing. I don't know how this relates to weight gain/loss (I tend to eat less when I'm super stressed).
