Very interesting surprises. For me the one that stands out was when I sat comfortably in a plastic chair without any fear that I could fall. I used to dread sitting in a plastic chair especially in public.

They really did. To see how people saw the difference and expressed such surprise made me realize the change was real. For me it was gradual but for them it was sudden so they could really see it.

Most of them were appreciating but very surprised .Some were not sure if it was me or they were seeing somebody. Some felt I should stop but knowing how much I have benefited from the change so far I will continue till I reach my goal.
