Just to say guys, it is possible...its now 18 months since I seriously changed my lifestyle, with exercise typically 4-6 times a week and managing my food & drink intake in an informed & balanced way. Fitness pal proved invaluable in losing 2 stone, coming down fro 14 to 12 st.. and now I continue to use it to keep me on track..

Feel so much better in myself...it has been well worth the effort..
