i joined MFP in July 2014 with a weight of about 118kg(260lb) and now am at 93.9kg(207lb). I stay with my family away from the rest of the bigger family. So they last saw me in January. I visited in December and they were so shocked.

    Most of them were appreciating but very surprised .Some were not sure if it was me or they were seeing somebody.
    Some felt I should stop but knowing how much I have benefited from the change so far I will continue till I reach my goal.

    They really did. To see how people saw the difference and expressed such surprise made me realize the change was real. For me it was gradual but for them it was sudden so they could really see it.
