I'm now considered Overwieght...yes this is a big deal to me.

Today I have officially gone from Obese to Overweight. Quite a big deal to me actually after starting out just 8 months ago being in the Severely Obese range. Started at 360 and I'm now at 237 counting. This has been an amazing journey that I look forward to continuing.
I have taken quite a liking to running and just completed my 1st 10K last weekend and will be doing a 15K next weekend.
Nothing is impossible, just believe in yourself. It took me a long time to realize this.
