    Great job! I'm 6'1" and 231 pounds. Still barely considered obese. My BMI is 30.5. Can't wait until I can be overweight again :)

    Wow that is awesome! This was my primary goal as well to get from the obese to the overweight catergory, I'm now 2 pounds off :smiley: So I totally get why this is a big deal, congratulations on improving your health :)

    Good job! I remember going from obese (which I had been for most of my life) to "just" overweight. What a milestone and a great feeling! And now I'm only 4 lbs from being "normal", I just can't wait! Keep on going!
