I eat anywhere from 1200 (those just-not-hungry days) to 1500 + some exercise cals on normal days. When I go high protein and keep my carbs lower (100 or less) I'm way less hungry, sometimes I even have to make myself eat just to hit my daily goal. I'm not sure why, I'm not trying to 'go low carb' or anything, it varies…

Luna bars, yogurt with chocolate candy mix-ins (mint & raspberry filled candies, so tasty), fun-size candy bars, a single serving of ice cream. Pretty normal stuff, just not large amounts of them. I like my sweets. A LOT.

Female. 5'1" Got to about 10lbs from my GW last year, then slacked off and gained some back (crap food + not working out enough), so I'm trying to get the recent gains back off + get all the way down to my GW this time. I'm gonna make it, no doubts. TDEE - 25% = 1500 daily calorie goal. Exercise 3-5X a week. Long hikes (90…

I want some super awesome cuddles, long conversation and someone to work in tandem with me for spring-cleaning. And someone to fix my fritzy A/C...stupid thing.

google is your friend :) It has great conversion tools to help with things like double-checking grams/ounces/cups/quarts etc.

I don't think you sounded like a jerk, tbh. What you said was much nicer than what a lot of people here would say.

Most diet pills are caffeine/stimulant blends with some vitamins and herbs thrown in. You could probably get identical effects from a few cups of coffee before a workout. Save your money unless that effect in pill form is what you're after. There are no diet pills that work completely on their own without proper diet and…

Multivitamin daily, considering getting back on an iron supplement (I regularly slip into anemia and can definitely notice the difference) and a Vit D supplement as well.

I can never eat early, it makes me sick to my stomach and I've often "lost" my breakfast within a short time afterwards. I skip breakfast, eat lunch, eat a late dinner and usually fit in a snack or two throughout the day. Works for me.

I do this alllll the time, it's my favorite thing to replace mayo with, from sandwich spreads to tuna salad, it's delicious.

I wear corsets fairly often. They are NOT a good dieting option and shouldn't be worn for that reason. If you LIKE wearing them, go for it. But not to lose weight.

Yogurt with raspberry-filled chocolate nibbles mixed in <3

Too much saturated fat in those drinks. Go for some good ole invisible-beer!

I do the exact same! I've lost at this amount several times, it's an easy number for me to cut to when I need to drop a few pounds for any reason. My maintenance is 1900-2000, so it makes sense. With the right foods, I'm never hungry either. I tend to have the most energy when I lean on the side of lots of protein. :)…

My Friends List gave me hell over it, otherwise it was a red-faced day. Interesting conversations certainly followed! :D

Looks like a normal dinner for me! I love steamed potatoes, onions, peppers, a veggie side, a lean protein, a decent amount of seasoning and sometimes rice on the side in place of extra veg. I make Home Fries, Peppers and Scrambled Eggs for breakfast a lot. Very hearty and filling, a full plate is usually 400 calories or…

Eh...1/4 Cherokee Native, Female, often referred to as 'Babe'. I chose this years ago, wish I could change it now!

They work for me *shrug* I eat 2 packs of oatmeal for a late breakfast some days, sometimes just 1 pack and a banana, and often don't get noticeably hungry until almost dinnertime when I do that. There's a large variety of options, everyone has to find their own sweet spot with foods they enjoy and that work for them :)

fruits, vegetables, oatmeal, pretty much anything low calorie and high fiber, also protein keeps you feeling fuller longer and is good for you as well.
