I keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge at all times. I have one with my breakfast and also have them on hand for a quick snack.

I would recommend checking with your local hospital. The hospital I work at in the Boston area has an amazing program called "Lifestyle Management". They help guide patients into learning about their bodies through diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes.

I get my exercise in during my two 15 minute breaks at work. (I walk around the perimeter of the hospital I work at). As far as "blowing it", I pre-plan all my meal which really help. On Friday night I eat out with my family and have whatever I want for that one meal. This keeps me on track and gives me a determined time…

I go out once a month for dinner with my husband and eat whatever I want. Then right back to my plan the next day. I feel it helps keep me on track instead of deprived :smiley:
