    TOM has come to bug me. I also had a major overage on Saturday - didn't even bother to try to track calories because it was so bad :( Of course, it's due to the stupid hormones, but still. I really need to step up my game if I want to fit into the dress I want to wear to the wedding, otherwise I'll look like in the words of Steel Magnolias "two pigs fighting under a blanket". 1 lb in a month is not going to cut it.

    Thank goodness finally a loss... I really need a morale booster as it's getting harder and harder to get the scale moving. I'm losing millimeters (yea not inches lol) which is good but I also care about the absolute weight as it affects my riding especially when the road goes upwards :#

    Maybe I slowed down a little too much. Still 3.3% loss in a month is a big loss. It is fine if I pause a bit. I'm also working out harder which promotes weight gain.
