    Congrats the difference really shows. I am the same height, gone from 234 to 216 in 50 days and still dont see it!!

    Yes very true. What I meant was in my workouts I don't do exercise that targets specifically my core like sit ups, crunches, planks, etc :)

    Congratulations and thanks for sharing! It's really helpful to see progress pics with someone similar to me. I'm 5'4" also and tipped the scales at my heaviest at 271; down to 183 now with 50lbs lost in the past 5 months.

    I agree, shopping for smaller clothes is a great reward.

    Great job, if you don't mind me asking how did you do it?

    Still a ways to go but happy with the process :)
    Going shopping and finding clothes that actually fit is the best non scale victory ever!! :D
