In just two months...

My husband and I both decided it was time to change our ways. We just hit the two mark point since our decision. He has lost 28 lbs and I have lost 18 lbs. I am amazed that we have lost the weight of our youngest child in just 60 days!!!

Thank you. Its been exciting to see numbers I havent seen since highschool! Next I give up Mtn. Dew. It will be the hardest step but anxious to see what happens when I do.2

It took me 6 months to get down to my 9th grade weight, which is where I am now, but I was an O-lineman in 9th grade so I want to lose another 60. I now known how to.0
