My husband and I both decided it was time to change our ways. We just hit the two mark point since our decision. He has lost 28 lbs and I have lost 18 lbs. I am amazed that we have lost the weight of our youngest child in just 60 days!!!
MFP works....cant wait to see what the next two months bring!

    Thank you. Its been exciting to see numbers I havent seen since highschool! Next I give up Mtn. Dew. It will be the hardest step but anxious to see what happens when I do.

    It took me 6 months to get down to my 9th grade weight, which is where I am now, but I was an O-lineman in 9th grade so I want to lose another 60. I now known how to.
