I use CBD oil, black cohosh, and Maca Root....finally hot flash free! I stopped CBD for a week and they came back so I know CBD helps a great deal.

All, I am confused too. It is an all plant-derived plan with no meats or fish. Can you be too overweight to run safely? I am 40 lbs overweight with a slight knee issue yet since dropping 10 lbs already that last time I ran on the treadmill I had no pain. I am 49 and just don't want to injure myself. Should I wait until I lose more?

So, they truly aren't the devil? I was put on a low carb plan- 80 g or less per day- and I simply hate it. I don't like depriving myself like that and I find that I can't stick to the plan. Could you explain to me your thinking about the carbs and losing weight. The calculator on here gives me much higher carb allowance…
