not at all. I am allergic to it so I always ask when eating at Asian food restaurants. If they are offended they probably don't care too much about their food or customers. You have a right to know what you are eating (coming from someone with a long list of food allergies)

I would think that as long as you burn the same amount of calories both ways, it's your choice. However, I have found that I tend to burn more calories when I do two short workouts because I get tired/bored when I do one long workout and don't work as hard at the end of the hour long workout. I completely reccommend Jillian as well. I am a fan of her Extreme Shed and Shred DVD. It mixes yoga, martial arts and strength training with some high-intensity cardio intervals. It's quick moving so it's hard to get bored with it!

I agree, I have tried to become a morning workout person in the past and just ended up having a less productive workout because I was to sleepy and not awake the whole time. The best time for me is in the evening around 7.

I know it's been said 10000000 times before but drink tons of water. I usually chug a tall glass before I eat a meal. Also eating things that are higher in fiber help keep me feeling fuller throughout the day. I feel your pain though! It's tough to be on the 1200 calorie plan.

I lost my first 10lbs without exercise and only ate 1200 calories a day for about a month. After the first 5 days or so your body gets used to less food, at least mine did.
