You look fantastic! Keep up the great work! I love that program. I am currently on week 9 of the Les Mills Pump/Combat hybrid and loving it as well.

Congrats!! You look fantastic

My best advice is to eat as clean as possible. That really is the key or it is for me and finding a workout that you love. if I don't love a workout, then chances are I am going to make excuses for not doing it.

Thank you. P90X next although I really wanted to do Body Beast. However, since I have had P90X collecting dust on the shelf for about five years now and neither my husband or myself have ever completed, I decided to save money and just complete it so I can say I actually did it. LOL... Then on to Body Beast

Here are my final results from the program. I finished it today and went ahead and took progress pictures since I know it's going to be a busy weekend. All in all, I'm pleased with the results considering I fell off the wagon when it came to my food for about two weeks around Christmas time.

You look amazing!! Well done!

I am a slower loser as well. It took me a year to drop 30 pounds. I drop from 1-3 pounds a month if I'm lucky. I just always say ... Slow and Steady wins the race!!

I did 30 days of Brazil Butt Lift but that program just wasn't for me. I did see a little change but not much at all. After that I completed Chalean Extreme (loved the program) and walked away with pretty good results. I will be wrapping up Les Mills Pump on Friday of next week but below are my results from start to the…

Before/After CLX

It could be the muscles retaining water. I didn't gain when I started this program but I did follow it right behind Chalean Extreme and maybe that's why. Definitely keep going! I really start being able to tell at my 60 day mark
-
I'm still around 129 so not really a big loss in weight. I think total I have dropped about 5 pounds since starting LMP. I will wrap it up on 2/8 as far as finishing the program. Even though I haven't dropped a lot of weight I have more muscle definition.

You look great!!

Not sure how intense the classes are but with the at home workout..for the hour one I burn around 465 calories per workout

It's an awesome workout and you will burn a lot of calories. There is a lot of jumping so if you have bad knees, just be careful. You can modify if you need to but yes with beachbody they have lowered the price and planning on keep it lower and there are a few different options available when ordering it which is nice.

Finished CLX and LOVED it...I was able to build a lot of strength with it but I didn't drop a ton of weight. I have NROL4W but haven't actually started it yet. I have done a few workouts but nothing steady since I'm currently doing another program. But from what I have looked at with this program you can totally do it at…

way to go!! keep up the good work

Not really "before" (starting weight was 163) but it's one of the few I have that show it....still a work in progress in second one. I was 142 lbs. or so in the first one and the second one at 129.
-
Congratulations!! You're doing great!!

i'm 5'6 and my goal weight i 125. My starting weight was 163 and I wore a size 12. I'm right now 129 and wear a size 6. I don't focus on the scale very much since my goal is to really gain more muscle and strength

Les Mills is a 90 day program the same as Chalean. I think either one is great for beginners. Les Mills Pump is a beachbody program as well and the first month starts out so that if you are a beginner it isn't super hard so you won't get discouraged. The same as with Chalean Extreme. I have lost more "fat" doing Les Mills…

I loved the program! I didn't get these knock out results but I enjoyed that I only did the same workout four times total since every month is a different workout routine and you only do them three days a week. I will admit that I so far have gotten the best results from Les Mills Pump. Here are my before/after of Chalean.…

That is awesome!! You two have done great!!

Thank you. I'm 5'6 and currently 129-130..the scale goes back and forth. I haven't done my measurements yet so I'm not sure on those. I generally eat between 1300-1400 calories a day depending on the day. I try to not going higher than 1500 right now. I haven't changed my calorie intake all that much. I have kept it pretty…

I am still loving the workout. I am at the end of my month two and here is my progress so far. The picture on the left was taken at the end of Chalean Extreme and then the right is current. I ended CLX on a Friday and started LMP that Monday

awesome job!! you look amazing!!

I am very much a pear shape and it is the very last place to shrink. I have lost 33 pounds so far and just now is my bottom half finally starting to shrink. I always say that for some reason my butt, hips and thighs refuse to shrink. I have pictures in my profile. I have just a few more pounds to drop to get to my…

I have been on my journey for around a year. I started out at 162 pounds in Dec. 2011. I'm currently down to 129 pounds. My actual "goal" weight is 125 but I'm not too focused o that right now. It has been an awesome journey so far with some days being a major struggles and other times no struggles at all. Here is a…

That's awesome!! I wish you continued success for the upcoming year!!
