Try McDonalds and get two chicken breast patties as side orders and two fruit and yogurt--The chicken is 110 calories each and the yogurt with out the granola is 130 cals with granola it is 160 cals

Good luck with that--lol Personally, I am a strict routine person and I can't have a cheat day or a no exercise day because if I do I find it too too easy to fall into some bad habits---so I try not to think about it. I envy those that can get off the horse for one day.

Yep--I have 131 lbs more to goal weight. The MFP-ites have really helped with my motivation. I think motivation breeds obsession and this dieting and exercising thing is a good obsession!!

I am batting zero also in the friend category--I am an old guy--but I feel very young. I have been on my latest diet since Feb 1 and I have lost 44lbs. I got on MFP in late April and the tracking of the food and exercise has really helped. Please add me as a friend

I was on the diet where you cheated 6 days and then dieted one day a week---boy did I have that backasswards. I guess thats why I am in the shape I am in!!! Good luck with that--I got to work it every day and exercise everyday or I will fall down again.
