I love avocado for everything. Spread it on ezekiel bread, dice over cottage cheese with tomato and cucumber. I also broil it in oven with chipotle peppers, shredded cheese, onion and lime juice.

I follow low carb with mainly protein, vegetables, and some fruit. I dont eat any potatoes, rice, bread(sometimes I eat ezekiel bread), pasta or sugar. Beach Bum Spinach salad is excellent. I also just dice boiled eggs in with 2 cups of spinach with either olive oil or Hidden Valleys dijon mustard salad dressing. I am very confused by all of this simply because every thing you see on tv, magazines..etc.. say you have to eat less and exercise more. So what is the point of exercising if you are going to eat back those calories, why not just eat the eligible amount of calories and no exercise.. this is all very confusing. :huh:
