I love Chicken Taco Soup. I don't have the count on this but here's how I make mine

1 lb chicken, you can use ground or breast cut into chunks
2 cans whole kernel corn
2 cans pinto beans
1 can no salt added tomotoes
1 can rotel
1 low sodium ranch packet
1 low sodium taco season packet
water if necessary

Brown chicken seasoned with whatever spices you like.
Add remaining ingredients (do not drain the canned ingredients) and simmer 25-30 mins.
Add water if youp is too thick.
I serve with fat free sour cream, low fat cheddar cheese and fritos
