they are fairly similar. Ripped has 4 different level and you are suppose to do each level for 5-6 days. 30DS has 3 levels and you are suppose to do each level for 10days. I found Ripped to be much more challenging than 30DS. I did 30DS first then immediately went on to do ripped and JM kicked my butt.

I like to workout in the mornings so what I did was follow the 30day shred schedule and on top of that I also would follow the c25k schedule 3 times a week for extra cardio. I ate back most of my exercise calories and It was fine.

I finished 30DS last monday and started ripped in 30 last saturday. Ripped is def tougher than 30DS and she def expects people to be working on a more advanced level. I love shrimp as well. My husband and I recently made a broccoli and shrimp pizza. We used a wheat crust, olive oil, garlic and mozzarella cheese. It was sooo good!
