I have a heart rate monitor (polar ft4) and I simply put some music on and dance in the living room with my kids. I don't stop! If you need to break up a fight (lol), help someone pee, or even put away the dishes, just keep moving and keep your heart rate up.

I'm starting my second round today. I did it in June for 30 days straight. It is freakin awesome! I do a lot of cardio and this is a good way to get strength training in. I buy the Kashi protein and fiber bars. A good filling snack. It comes with chocolate peanut, chocolate almond (my favorite) and chocolate caramel. All are under 200 calories and soooooo delicious! :happy:

Today was day 2 for me and boy am I sore!! Ha ha it's a great workout. I keep telling myself "It's only 20 minutes keep going!" Yesterday I ran 2 miles before the workout and this morning I ran 3. I can't wait to see the results!

MFP says to change the amount of calories if you know how many you burned on the machine. I always burn more than what MFP gives me.
