Subways website has their own nutritional calculator for your customized sandwiches. I use that and then add it in to MFP as my own food with the stats from their site.

I feel the same way. I scroll through every now and then and delete those who arent committed. I still have a handful of friends i had from the beginning and they are wonderful. I am always open to more dedicated people however to get tips/support from so feel free to add me :-)

I started 30 day shred once before and never made it past the first level. I just did it for the first time last night and it was great - really hoping to stick with it this time and get through the whole month. Seeing this thread definitely gives me the motivation :-) Feel free to add me!!

I mostly walked in the beginning - lately i picked up jogging which feels great. I have kind of been all over the place as far as how often - in the beginning i was working out 3x/day about 6 days a week. Now, i focus on the weekends - just do what you can and eat right!

Vodka is my vice of choice - love it and wont give it up. Many may frown upon this but i have lost 63 lbs since i started at the end of April so i think im doing just fine! Ive learned its all about holding yourself accountable. I always count all my calories whether food or beverage and so far so good!! So i say cheers :-)
