I really enjoy bodyrock workouts, but unfortunately dont have any of the equipment, however I came across this link to a website whereby you can search for the workouts that dont use any equipment: http://litealloy.com/workouts/tags as for an interval timer I use this nifty little online timer:…

YES its definitely counted as excercise in fact i'm gonna do some wii tennis today you should be able to find how many calories burned for most of the wii sports games in the exercise tool thingy (cant remember wot its called sorry). Have fun!

Dont know about anyone else but my personal experience of 30ds is that I didnt lose any weight at all, but I could definitely see a difference in body shape i.e. loss of inches and an improvement in muscle tone...definitely worth a go. Cant wait to try ripped in 30.

Thanks.

Even though i know it is important to drink lots of water, I cant stand drinking it. Does it count if you drink sugar free concentrate fruit juice diluted with lots of water???

Hi, I was stcuk at 140lbs for weeks with no weight loss whatsoever even though i was sticking to my calorie limit and exercising 5-6 times a week. I decided to take a weeks break from exercising and the weight just fell off...lost about 4lbs in that week. It worked for me so it might be worth a try.
-
I recently plateaud at 1401b and was stuck at this weight for weeks and weeks. During this time i was sticking to my set calories, exercising almost every day and eating back most of my exercise calories. This last week, everything went out that window, diet and exercise and what happened.....i lost 4 1bs during that week…
-
In that case i better get my bum into gear and get exercising!
-
Ok so i'm in awe of some of the high numbers for calories burned....is this strictly through exercise or including things like housework and stuff, cos i dont want to log stuff that i wouldnt normally log (i.e. cleaning) as i would feel like i was cheating myself.
-
is the spreadsheet working yet...how are we logging calories???
-
I seem to be having problems entering my cals on the spreadsheet. Can anyone help?
-
We can do this...I'm definitely in it for the long run.
-
Woohoo cant wait!

I dont think it matters...I've been doing the shred for 21 days and i havnt done it the traditional 10 days for each level...I've been mixing it up a bit and now that I'm towards the end I'm doing 2 levels a day for example yesterday i did level 1 and 3 and today i did level 2 and level 3. I'm still seeing pleasing results.

Yes, they make me feel sick!!!
