30 Day shred question

I've done part one about 6 times the last week and some parts are getting a little easy and boring. Is it best to do the 30 days by 10-10-10 for each part or can you switch them up a bit like doing part 2 a few times and then switching back to part 1. Do you get the best results from doing each part a certain number of times or are they all just great workouts that burn major calories.?

I think so, ive just started level two today and boy is it hard, if stuff is feeing easy then make it harder. deeper lunges, do more sit ups then they are doing etc. do it faster, or dont have breaks between the sets.0

I got bored with it too, I don't think there is any reason why you can't switch up the levels a bit, or modify an exerise (like a cardio portion one) if you are keeping your heart rate up and getting a good workout. I once had an awful dream where I ran into Jillian and she informed me that you were supposed to do all three levels, one after another, every day. I am glad I woke up!!!!0

Jillian says to move on when your ready so I would go ahead and go onto level 2 but beware! It is no easy task!!! lol0

I think it's designed to do 10-10-10. I just started day one today, but I think I'll need more than 10 days to get to level 2. When you hit level 2 it's supposed to be jsut as hard if not harder than level 1 is.0

I dont think it matters...I've been doing the shred for 21 days and i havnt done it the traditional 10 days for each level...I've been mixing it up a bit and now that I'm towards the end I'm doing 2 levels a day for example yesterday i did level 1 and 3 and today i did level 2 and level 3. I'm still seeing pleasing results.0

I read reviews for the shed on amazon last night and this is the major complaint. Someone wrote that they started with 2 di a couple days weht to 1 did a couple days went back to 2 after a couple days went to 3 this help with becoming bored.0

Obviously it will be "better" to do it ten days each, because it is more exercise and strength training for you. However, I have read a lot of people say they moved on when it wasn't challenging. Level 1 was less challenging after about 5 or 6 days to me, but I stuck with it for 10. I love my results too. If you have the video already, why not just do the 30 days? What would it hurt, ya know? Good luck, stick with it, and you'll love your results if you really give it your all0

LOL! I wouldn't wanna meet her, especially in my dreams!
To the OP: I'd say, do as you wish. If you're feeling bored, then switch it up. It's better to do that than to quit because you were bored, right?0 -
Some people have said that part 2 was easier than 1. Part 3; well I don't even want to know0
