Hi - does any one else feel dizzy when doing the warm up neck rolls in 30DS L2 or is it just me?!

    Yes, I did when I was doing it. I would just do shoulder rolls or something and skip it.

    Hmmm, I don't feel dizzy but I don't like them because they don't feel comfortable.

    Im on day 6 of level 2. I don't get dizzy but those planks and pendulum lunges are about to kill me :/

    I get dizzy AND they actually hurt my neck

    ahh thanks for all your replies - I thought I must have an extra heavy head! Will do shoulder rolls from now on :-)

    I have no words for all the planks ...... just sounds 'ouchhhh'

    Just like the latest theory for core training--anti-flexion and anti-rotation (the docs say its better to keep the spine stabilized) , you really shouldn't be rolling your neck around much, just gentle stretching, then strength training if desired.
