I'm in -> round 2 for me. Very effective. My first round was August-September. Those are some of the most intense 20 minutes, but worth it. Watch your knees!

Awesome!

5'7" here; goal is 159. Might consider 150 after that, just for some "wiggle room."

I really put in 100% the last workout this morning. I thought I was going to pass out; but I didn't. L3D10 completed and I'm officially a shredder. Only -4 lbs (which is awesome for me), but def see a difference in my body. This lady has you sweating profusely!! It's worth it though. Next time will be with rest days and…

One....more.....day!!! I worked out earlier than usual and then destroyed my calorie count for the day. Welp, back on the wagon tomorrow. I just had the munches for some reason. I may even get up early just to hurry up and complete the 30 days. Level 3 is CRAZY stress on my knees, but I endured without much modification.…

L3D8 done. I won't be doing a straight 30 days again either. It's killer on the knees. I honestly c how some people quit after 28 days: joint stress n boredom. Level 3 is no joke and the program has gotten me great results. I'm proud I stuck with it; but my body NEEDS a rest day. Keep moving everyone!

L3D7 complete. This level 3 is a beast! I will truly b glad when I am finished. Hopefully I can squeeze another pound loss over the next 3 days. I think I'll reward my knees with a spa treatment. Lol.

L3D4 finished. My knees r cussing me! I'll be glad when I'm finished. Looking for a rest day, then back to TaeBo for awhile.

2/3 of the way through. Start Level 3 tomorrow. Can't wait to finish and see the final results-- pretty happy with my progress so far.

30DS Lvl 2, Day 4-- and a little elliptical

My heart rate monitor was only -1 calorie difference compared to logging 30 day shred as "circuit training" or "calisthenics, vigorous.". That was days 1-5. As I got conditioned to level 1, it was a -15 cal difference (plus I had lost 2 lbs). When I started Level 2, it was about equal again. I'm currently on Level 2, day…

Good for you for starting ANYthing after 4+ years! I started 30DS today also; and yes, my legs felt the saame way. I wven mentioned it to my husband. I had a feeling it was going to be rough, which is why I started on a weekend :-) Keep at it! Make sure u take a before pic: it's easier to see your progress that way. Good…
